Mini LED Inspection Project
Customer Requirements: The Mini LED COB (Chip on Board) technology involves packaging multiple chips on the same substrate. To position and detect Mini LED COB, various methods like edge positioning, specific mark point positioning, alignment template positioning, and optical recognition technology are used. These methods, individually or in combination, ensure accurate detection and measurement of Mini LEDs. To achieve precise results, MUTENGUANG optical lenses are utilized with varying focal lengths and magnification levels as needed.
The customer requirements for this project are:
- Fly-By Inspection Station: The product size range (0.076-1.016) requires clear visibility of individual chip polarities to accurately align the chip on the backlight panel.
- Existing competitor solution (Maite) uses MF100 tube lens + 10X objective lens with a total magnification of 5X. MUTENGUANG optical offers an integrated solution with a magnification of 4X, better suited for matching various chip sizes.
