Glue Case Detection

Experimental requirements

·Check if the glue is broken or uneven.

·The difference between this adhesive and other adhesives

·Static shooting

Due to the presence of fluorescent components in the adhesive, we used a UV ring light source to detect the workpiece. The UV light can reflect the fluorescent components in the adhesive, making the complete performance of the adhesive clear.

Summary of Testing

·Light glue testing to detect if the glue is uneven or broken;

·Static shooting;

·Compare the effect with regular glue using ultraviolet light.

The General Process of Selecting a Light Source

·Understand project requirements and clarify the goals to be tested or measured.

·Analyze the difference between the target and background, and identify the optical phenomenon with the greatest imaging difference between the two.

·Based on the coordination between the light source and the target, preliminarily determine the type and color of the light source.

·Use actual light source testing to determine the lighting method that meets the requirements.

·Determine the customer's product based on the actual situation on site.
