As a responsible professional, one of your duties is to keep up with evolving technology and customer needs. Be honest about where you need to improve, rather than hiding it, and work towards achieving the skill level you need to stay relevant. Don't blame change; embrace it.

3. Focus on Building Relationships

Artificial intelligence and machine learning can replace certain tasks, providing higher value and service, but they cannot replace the core of business: relationships. Focus on building interpersonal relationships, which are the key to maintaining professional skills. It also allows you to spend more time on customer-centric priorities and helps leaders establish and maintain relationships.
